1. Service Description
Quinn provides AI-powered assistant agents accessible through a web chat interface. The initial service is an Email Assistant that reads your Gmail inbox (read-only) and helps you manage, summarize, and draft responses to your emails.
2. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Email Access
- We access your Gmail in read-only mode only.
- The AI assistant will never send, delete, or modify your emails without your explicit action.
- Email content is processed in memory and never stored in our database.
- You can disconnect your Gmail at any time from your Settings page.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to violate any laws, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Plans and Billing
- Free plan — 10 messages per day, 1 agent, powered by Claude Sonnet.
- Pro plan — $12.99 per month, 50 messages per day, all agents, powered by Claude Opus.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.
6. AI-Generated Content
The AI assistant provides suggestions and summaries based on your email content. These are generated by AI and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before acting on it, especially drafted replies.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated content.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
